Wintertime is a hard time for me. I love to be outside, but when I go out during the winter, it's hard for me because it's so cold. Soon, I bark to come in again. Then I get bored, so I want to go out again. In and out, in and out!

To cope with the boredom, I want to eat more. I beg a lot for treats, and try to get Mom and Dad to give me extra food. It usually doesn't work, although it can't hurt to try!

Another thing I try to do is to sniff through all the garbage cans, chew up all the tissues and napkins there, and leave them all over the floor. Mom and Dad are usually not happy when I do this, but they rarely catch me in the act, so what can they do? Ha!



Enough news... time for a long winter's nap!

This evening was chaotic!! Dad and Scotty cut the lawn, and the mowers make loud noises. The weedwacker is even worse. On top of all that, it was very windy this evening, and I don't like the noise of the wind in the trees. By the time Dad brought me into the house, I was exhausted. Time for a nap!
